This tractor is the 18 horsepower, 4 wheel drive model, and comes with the factory standard four wheel steering, front PTO, front hydraulic lift, and rear PTO. Included with this package, as it is currently configured (which is fully customizable to your preferences) are the front end loader, the rear hydraulic lift and three point hitch kit, and the rear weight box. The tractor is currently fitted with agricultural tires and rims, which are generally preferred for these attachments. If you prefer turf tires and rims, I believe that I can scrounge around for a set for you. Everything about this tractor is in great shape. The previous owner was an engineer, and rather fastidious about maintenance.  The seat is perfect! The one and only negative thing that I can say about it is that he thought it would be funny to put a Dodge Ram ornament on the hood, for which he drilled two holes. I took the liberty of removing it! If purchased individually, the breakdown would go like this; $4,000 – tractor $3,000 – front end loader $1,500 – rear hydraulic lift & 3 point hitch kit $0,300 – rear weight box $1,200 – agricultural tires and rims $10,000 – total if purchased individually. If purchased as a package in its current configuration, there will be a $2,100 discount. It is fully serviced, and is backed by a Formula H 12 month warranty.
