This is a used QH5000 Front Quick Hitch for a Honda RT5000, H5013, or H5518 tractor for installing a dozer blade, snowblower, or sweeper on the front of the tractor. It is the only way to mount a front attachment on these tractors. To install this particular unit on an RT5000, you would need to replace the existing front bosses with the later style used on the H5013 or H5518.
