This tractor comes with a new, never used MM46K1 46″ mid mount mower deck, a used QH5000 front quick hitch, a used DK752A snowblower drive kit, a used SB800A snowblower, and a used RLK5000 rear lift kit with a brand new 3 point hitch (category 0).

Besides the lack of the cab, the only other noticeable differences between the two packages are that the SB800A snowblower has serrated auger blades whereas the SB752A on #1 has smooth auger blades, and the previous owner had also installed electric taillights (as opposed to the factory reflectors), foot rest pegs, and an hour meter which now shows 477 hours on it.. As you can see from the photos, there are very few cosmetic flaws save for a couple of nicks and scratches on the hood and rear fenders.

The seat and the tires are all in great shape, and everything mechanical is perfectly sound on this unit, as well. This tractor was also very well maintained. When we pulled the valve cover off to adjust the valves, it was equally clean to #1!

adjusted the valves
replaced the valve cover gasket
replaced the oil filter
changed the engine oil
changed the transmission oil
changed the coolant
changed the differential oil
serviced/adjusted the clutch
serviced/adjusted the brakes

greased the fittings
adjusted the belts and cables
checked and adjusted tire pressures

Additionally, I have replaced some missing hardware for mounting the mower deck, supplied factory new owner’s manuals for the tractor, quick hitch, snowblower, and mower deck, serviced the mower deck and snowblower including installation of all new shear bolts (and supplying some spares), replacing the scraper bar, reduction box bearing, driveshaft bearings, drive sprocket, driven sprocket/driveshaft, and chain. On this tractor, I also replaced missing safety/warning decals, in addition to installing a brand new three point hitch.

This entire package is selling for $7,400.00 US plus tax. This figure is reflective of my initial purchase price, transportation from near the Canadian border, labor, and parts & fluids invested. An itemized invoice will break out all of the individual charges.
