Of course, in addition to having the cab, this tractor comes with a little used MM46K1 46″ mid mount mower deck, a used QH5000 front quick hitch, a used DK752A snowblower drive kit, a used SB752A snowblower, and a used RLK5000 rear lift kit with a brand new 3 point hitch (category 0).

Besides the cab, the only other noticeable difference between the two packages is that the SB752A snowblower has smooth auger blades whereas the SB800A on #2 has serrated auger blades.

As you can see from the photos, there is some paint worn off of the foot rests, a few nicks and scratches on the rear fenders, and a neatly drilled hole in either side of the hood (hidden in these photos by the front of the cab) near where the HONDA sticker meets the back end of the hood.

The seat and the tires are all in great shape, and everything mechanical is perfectly sound. It has 410 hours on it, and was well maintained. When we pulled the valve cover off to adjust the valves, you could practically eat off of the valvetrain it was so clean!

Additionally, I have replaced some missing hardware for mounting the mower deck, supplied factory new owner’s manuals for the tractor, quick hitch, snowblower, and mower deck, serviced the mower deck and snowblower including installation of all new shear bolts (and supplying some spares), replaced missing safety/warning decals, in addition to installing a brand new three point hitch.

This entire package is selling for $6,900.00 US plus tax. This figure is reflective of my initial purchase price, transportation from near the Canadian border, labor, and parts & fluids invested. An itemized invoice will break out all of the individual charges.
